Our cakes are freshly baked using the finest ingredients. Each tier contains four perfect layers of cake, torted with three generous layers of filling, coated in buttercream and finished with your choice of:

Signature Vanilla

Light Madagascan vanilla infused sponge, layered with vanilla or passion fruit buttercream

Almond Amaretto

Buttery almond poundcake infused with Amaretto liqueur and layered with Amaretto cream cheese

Pink Champagne

Light pink champagne sponge drizzled with a pink champagne syrup and filled with a silky raspberry buttercream

True Chocolate

Decadent chocolate cake layered with chocolate fudge buttercream, or alternatively infused with coffee liqueur and layered with coffee buttercream

Tropical Coconut Rum

A light coconut sponge, infused with coconut rum, filled with a fluffy coconut buttercream or passionfruit buttercream

Lemonberry

Zesty lemon sponge drizzled with lemon syrup, filled with blueberry buttercream

Caramel Pecan

Rich sponge dotted with buttered pecans filled with caramel frosting

Signature Red Velvet

Red Velvet layers filled with an Amaretto infused cream cheese frosting

Chocolate Turtle

Layers of bold chocolate cake filled with salted caramel pecan and chocolate ganache

Tobago Fruit Cake

Oak-aged Trinidad rum soaked fruits including raisins, sultanas, currants, prunes, dates and mixed peel
